The 2019 BCSF Spring Annual General Meeting & Gala Awards is looking for a host club/comunity see more

Update: Congratulations to Kamloops for stepping up to be the 2019 hosts for the AGM.

The 2019 BCSF Spring Annual General Meeting & Gala Awards is looking for a host club/comunity.  Each year the BCSF hosts our event in a different location.  This is so that we can spread out the economic benefit our meetings bring to new communities and allow different clubs to participate as we move around the Province.  The average amount our event generates for a community is over $30,000 in a weekend.

Please find attached a package that lists what is required as a host and an application if your club is interested.  It does not cost the club money to host our event but we do expect the host club to do a lot of the leg work and planning.  Deadlines for applying is June 15th, 2018 with the host being selected by the end of July.

We hope that #BCSFAGM2019 will be in your community.

Volunteering with the BCSF is a great opportunity for you to make a positive impact for snowmobiling see more

The BC Snowmobile Federation is dedicated to provide strong leadership and support to member clubs to establish, maintain and protect quality opportunities for organized snowmobiling in British Columbia and to promote the safe and environmentally responsible use of these opportunities. At the Provincial level we need people with skills and time to help us reach our mandate.

The BC Snowmobile Federation is a non-profit society representing 60 snowmobile clubs across BC.  The BCSF divides the Province into nine Zones and our Board of Directors is comprised of one Volunteer Director from each Zone.  This ensures that the BCSF member clubs have a strong regional voice and guide the direction of the Federation overall.  For this Governance Model to be effective we need representation from each Zone and volunteers that are committed to working at a Provincial level.   The BCSF Directors should represent a broad spectrum of ages, cultures, abilities, skills and experiences.

Volunteering with the BC Snowmobile Federation is a great opportunity for you to make a positive impact for the snowmobile community, be part of a team, share your experience, learn new skills and develop lasting friendships.  Plus, when you join our team you have the combined strength of club volunteers from across the Province standing behind you to help you make a difference.
