FYI, according to the Ministry of Natural Resource Operations, the Off-Road Vehicle Management Framework (OVM) will be in place in November 2011. According to the website “the goal of the new ORV Management Framework is to develop regulations and policy that will encourage safe and responsible ORV riding and support a growing industry that has the opportunity to deliver lasting socioeconomic benefits to rural communities.”
